Once you've located the item that you wish to purchase, click the ”Add to Cart” button and the item will be automatically added to your shopping cart. If you wish to checkout immediately after adding, you can click on the ”Shopping Cart” link in the upper right section of the website.

It is important to note that clicking the "Add to Cart" button in no way obligates you to purchase the item. You can access your cart at any time and remove items and change quantities as desired.

When you're done shopping, click "Checkout" to place your order. All of the items in your garden cart appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your garden cart. During checkout, you will be asked to provide: Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
• The address you want to ship to.
• Your preferred shipping method.
• Any gift options
• Your credit card type, number and expiration date.
• Any promotional codes you have received.

Register with us and you can store your billing and shipping information on our secure server, so you won't have to type them in every time you check out.

We make it easy to shop across all of the Shoppers Link Stores. Your shopping bag is universal, meaning you can shop across all of our sites and only check out once.

As you add items to your shopping bag, we will display your Garden Cart contents in the left hand column of your screen, including the item name, quantity, and price per unit. We will automatically save the items in your shopping bag for 30 days; however, please note that we cannot guarantee inventory availability. You do not need to sign in to save or access your Garden Cart if you are using the same computer. If you are using a different computer, you will need to sign in to see your Garden Cart.

Occasionally when you receive a special offer for purchases from us, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order. Please see the legal details for the promotional code you are using for any specific limitations.

Using the code is easy:
• Just shop and check out as you normally would.
• When you get to checkout, enter your promotional code in the space provided.
• Once you have entered the promotional code and clicked "Apply" you will see a message confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your order.
• If there is any problem with the promotional code you've entered, an error message will let you know how to correct the problem before you can continue to check out.

In some cases you can enter more than one promotional code for an order.
• Enter the first promotional code, and click "Apply".
• Next enter the second promotional code and click "Apply".
• Complete your checkout process.
• Not all promotions can be combined. If you enter promotional codes that cannot be combined, we will apply the one that has the biggest benefit to you, and you can apply the unused promotional code to a different order.

If you would like to buy some items in your Garden Cart now, but you are not ready to buy all the items in your cart, you can click "Add to Wishlist" on the product page. This feature allows you to come back at a later date to purchase the item. After you complete your purchase - or when you leave and return to the site - all the items you saved for later will be added back to your Garden Cart, so you can easily purchase them at that time.

How do I check the status of my order?

You can easily check the status of your order anytime day or night by clicking on the My Account link at the top of this website. Log in to your account using the e-mail address and password you provided when you placed your order. From here, you can check the status of a current order, receive tracking information, and view your order history.
